Functionality for our Members
When logged in as a Member, you have access to the following functionality: Order Management
Within Order Management you can view the status of your current Orders and any Order
History. Warranty Management
The Warranty Management link is only visible after you have purchased a product
that has a Warranty attached. Warranty conditions at the time of purchase are displayed
and an area to progress Warranty claims is provided. Financials
This is where we are holding the most basic information from the registration process.
You can view and change your Account details as many times as you want. Change Account details
This is where you can change your password for your Member Account. Address Book
This functionality allows you to record some basic information from people you would
like to send a gift/product to now or in the future. This information will be available
to you when you are logged in as a Member, browsing for gifts/products and want
to keep a gift/product idea linked to a recipient, and in the checkout process when
completing delivery details for a purchase. Favourites
The Favourites List contains all the gift ideas you have discovered whilst browsing.
Products in your Favourite List can be easily added to your shopping cart. You can
also link products within your favourites list to somebody from your Address Book.

Gift Reminder
This functionality allows you to specify for which upcoming events (birthdays, Valentines,
etc) you would like to receive a reminder note by e-mail.
Wish List (for you & others)
This functionality allows you to create a Wish List for a specific event (birthday,
wedding, etc) for yourself and others. Appropriate functionality is available for
you to inform others by email at a predetermined time of login and password details
to access your Wish List and purchase associated products. Products added to the
Wish List are marked with an

This functionality allows you to create a Registry. Appropriate functionality is
available for you to inform others by email at a predetermined time of login and
password details to access your Registry and purchase associated products. Products

. Terms and Conditions
You can access the
Terms and Conditions
for your Membership at any point in time. Member Information Centre
The Member Information Centre provides you with detailed information about key aspects
of the site and your membership. Define Your Service Request
This functionality allows you to define a specific Service Request. Direct-Choice
associated Service Providers will be alerted to your request.
Service Request Management
This functionality allows you to manage (edit, delete….) your Service Requests. Response Messages
Response Messages from the Service Providers to your Service Requests can be accessed
