Yes, Direct-Choice allows you to set up your own Wish list. To do this simply sign up as a member,
login to your account and click on the "My Wish List" link on the left hand side. |

Is it safe to purchase products on Direct-Choice.com? |
Direct-Choice offers a secure online environment. Our e-commerce system uses
Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). SSL locks all information passed from you
to Direct-Choice in an encrypted envelope. This makes it almost impossible to be
intercepted by an unauthorised party. SSL is the system that is used by all
reputable e-commerce sites. You will know when transmitted data is safe by the
appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page. Secure webpages
can also be identified by their URL. They begin with 'https://' while standard
pages begin with 'http://'. |

Can I send product or gifts to different locations? |
Yes, Direct-Choice allows you to send products and gifts to an unlimited number
of locations. |

Is there a minimum age to become a member? |
Members need to be a minimum of 18 years old to access all member functionality. |

How do I know whether a merchant is accepting the payment method I want to use? |
Direct-Choice supports a large number of payment methods. Product searchs can be filtered by the payment method you are will to
use when purchasing a product / gift. You may specify your preference in the section 'Accepted Payment Method for Product Browsing/Puchasing'
in the member home page. The settings you make will flow through to the product search in the shopping domains. Please note, you
can also adjust these filter settings in the product search function. |

Why do I need to nominate the postcode before searching for a product? |
Not all products are available in all areas. To avoid disappointment and to enable us to calculate accurate delivery charges, we require
you to enter the suburb before a product search. |

Is there a minimum purchase value required when checking out? |
Direct-Choice provides a low cost market place for merchants and members. As such a minimum transaction value of $10 applies for each
merchant involved in an order. |

How do I know which products can be delivered same day? |
You can search for products that can be delivered same day by selecting the
appropriate search option in the left side panel. Through out all other search
functions products that still can be delivered on the same day are flagged with
a 'Same day delivery' button. |

How do I need to pay for Same day deliverys? |
Same day delivery purchases can only be completed by using an 'instant' payment
method such as credit cards and paypal. |
